The reason Feliciano brought so many kitchen appliances with him was because he was one to be prepared when stuff like this was going to happen. While it was more based on the fact that he may be lost, these battery powered machines could assist him to survive! People couldn't survive eating bullets could they? So what was the point of a gun when you had lots of food and appliances to survive on the battlefield? Feliciano would be noticeably less scared of Ivan if the Russian absolutely swore that he would not murder him.
Feliciano watched as Ivan went to help, but the Russian severely underestimated his own strength and tore open the bag a little too hard, accidentally dropping about 70% of the spaghetti strands... If it was someone less scary and strong as Ivan was, Feliciano would probably have a huge fit and complain, however why complain when Ivan hasn't murdered you? The Italian just smiled as if it was nothing, he just pulled out another bag of pasta (the crate was literally filled with the magnificent food).
"Ve~ That's okay Ivan! I have loads of pasta to feed us for a month!"
Even though Ivan did accidentally do a mistake, (a sin in Feliciano's book) the last thing he was going to do was make Ivan feel terrible for it. After all, Ivan was big and strong!
Fortunately the Italian's fears of having his vital regions assaulted by the Russian passed when Ivan finished his plea for help. Feliciano breathed easy, so Ivan needed love advice? Well, he came to the right person! How good was it that they ran into one another? Italy didn't know that Ivan was in a relationship with China? Well, it seems that you did learn something new everyday.
"Ah... now I see." The Italian said while he put the pasta to boil. He went to sit next to Ivan and patted the man's back. He wasn't sure if the Russian liked physical contact, but Feliciano just assumed that the man didn't mind one little bit.
"So what difficulties is my Russian friend having with China? A date? A lack of interest? An imminent breakup?"
